Samasthithi: Vajrasana.

Vajratrikonasana Pose
Steps and Asanasthithi:
Inhale and come up on both knees
Exhale.
Inhale and stretch right leg out toe pointing towards the ceiling, both arms parallel to ground at shoulder level
Exhale and bend to the right side, place right hand on right knee, take the left hand straight up in line with the left sholder, head turned towards the left
Breathe normally for 5-6 counts
Inhale and come back to samasthithi
Repeat with left leg.
Vision: Eyes open looking at centre of palm (of hand that is up in the air)

Strengthens the pelvic floor muscles
Improves blood flow to the kidney
Strengthens the spine
Flexes the neck muscles
Helps in alleviating sciatica pain
