Steps and Asanasthithi:
Interlock your hands. Breathe out completely
Inhaling stretch your hands up, palms facing up, upper arms touching the ears.
Push the neck back, looking at the last finger
Breathe normally for a count of 5-6 breaths
Exhaling bring your hand down & come back to samasthithi
Vision: Look up towards the last finger
