Steps and Asanasthithi:
Place the chair close to the body.
Inhaling spread the legs 3 ft apart. Turn the right foot out towards the chair to the right side, left foot straight ahead.
Exhale. Inhale raise arms up parallel to body at shoulder height
Exhaling bend body from the hips keeping a straight torso to place the hand on the chair seat while the left hand extends up above the shoulder.
Turn the arm inwards from the upper arm & look at center of the left palm.
This is Asanasthiti. Breathe normally for 6-7 breaths.
Inhale comeback and repeat the posture on the other side.
Inhaling come back up and return to samasthithi
